Service Description

Consider the forest or ocean our healing office as we walk for an hour to discuss life and where you are at in your spiritual journey. We will choose between forest or beach, and let the fresh air and mother nature be our guide as we ground, connect, and release blocked energy. This will be a time to discuss any physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues of concern and an opportunity to plan a path forward. There will be elements of forest therapy throughout the experience, and Reiki energy healing will also be provided if desired. These are great sessions if you are looking for a more profound connection with nature and your soul's journey forward. These are also a great option for those who need the fresh air and movement to help in their healing process from past wounds, current life situations, and guidance for the future. The mood is relaxed and inviting. Come as you are and let the wisdom and spirit of nature's abundance help release blocked energy and inspire you to grow deeper into your soul's journey; finding meaning and comfort with where you are at right now. These Healing Hikes are tailored to the individuals needs and requests, and are intended for the Virginia Beach/Chesapeake region only. Online booking is not available.
